Luna's specially designed neck profile insures a comfortable playing experience that puts challenging notes and chords within easy reach for players who want the pleasure of nylon strings without the pain of reaching around a wide fretboard. Luna's exclusive moon phase fretboard markers, inlaid in abalone, trace the length of the rosewood fret board over a mahogany neck, another bonus for the non-traditional nylon player.

The Muse Nylon incorporates our folk style cutaway body, pairing its rosewood sides and back with a solid spruce top for a sound that's as uniquely pleasing and distinctive as the instrument's classic good looks. A maple/ rosewood/ maple binding wraps the top. The Muse Nylon proudly wears its knotwork design at the soundhole. Inlaid in rosewood, the intricate, curling patterns inspire musical artistry that evokes all the compelling allure and mystery of the ancient Celts.

Inlaid in rosewood around the soundhole is a crescent-shaped Celtic knotwork design�intricate, circular, at once both ancient and contemporary.

Luna's artistic designer included a delightful little surprise for Muse players by adding a touch of magic to the guitars' heelcaps. Inlaid in rosewood is a tiny triskele. In Celtic lore, the triple spiral is associated with the interplay of earth, water and sky. It also symbolizes the cycle of life, death and rebirth and the triad of maiden, mother and crone. The triskele has been found in a number of Celtic sacred sites.

Complimenting the design effort is the inclusion of a state-of-the-art B-Band preamp tuner that maintains the intimate and natural acoustic tonal quality of these fine instruments.
